Registrations & Payments
All tournament registrations are accepted on a "first-come, first-served" basis (registration & payment received). Teams are not officially added to the tournament until their payment is received. All Out All Game expressly reserves the right to reject or to revoke any registration at its sole discretion.
Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations must be communicated VERBALLY and in WRITING. Tournament and Shootout registrations cancelled 15 or more days before the start of the scheduled event will receive a full refund. Registrations that are cancelled 10 to 14 days before the scheduled event will be eligible for a store credit equal to the amount of the original purchase. Any registrations cancelled within 10 days of the event will not be eligible for any type of refund or store credit.
Pricing & Promotions
All Out All Game reserves the right to change prices or cancel promotions at any time. All previous purchase prices and promotions are considered final. Any change that decreases a purchase price will not result in a refund.
